The AP Rushing to Publish Royal Wedding Book Next Week

News service rushing to capitalize on William & Kate fever with commemorative photo hardcover

The Associated Press is rushing to publish a commemorative Royal Wedding book next week, hoping to quickly cash in on the billions currently inflicted with Royal fever.

The hardcover photo book is being compiled and edited by AP's photo staff, culled from the thousands of images shot of William and Kate's nuptials by its team of 21 photographers stationed in and around Westminster Abbey.

Odds on favorite for the cover shot: the soon-to-be iconic Royal kiss photo featuring Grace Van Cutsem, the instantly-famous, adorably cranky bridesmaid.

The photo (above) was taken by the AP's Matt Dunham.

The yet-to-be-titled book will go on sale on through mypublisher.com, and pricing will be announced early next week, the AP said.
