Ratings: ‘The Bachelor’ Dominates as ‘Good Doctor’ Airs a Rerun

CBS takes total viewers with “Kevin Can Wait”

Love won on Monday, as “The Bachelor” led ABC to a primetime TV ratings victory. CBS edged the Disney-owned broadcaster among total viewers, however, as “The Good Doctor” ran a repeat.

ABC was first in ratings with a 1.4 rating/5 share in the advertiser-coveted 18-49 demographic and second in total viewers with an average of 5.9 million, according to preliminary numbers. “The Bachelor” at 8 p.m. earned a 1.7/6 and 6.3 million viewers. The rerun followed.

CBS was second in ratings with a 1.0/4 and first in viewers with 6 million. “Kevin Can Wait” at 8 posted a 1.2/5 and 7.2 million viewers. At 8:30, “Man With a Plan” had a 1.1/4 and 6.6 million viewers. “Superior Donuts” at 9 got a 1.0/4 and 5.8 million viewers. At 9:30, “9JKL” managed a 0.8/3 and 4.8 million viewers. “Scorpion” at 10 received a 0.9/4 and 5.8 million viewers.

NBC and Fox tied for third in ratings, both with a 0.9/3. NBC was third in total viewers with 4.7 million total viewers, Fox was fourth with 4.1 million.

For NBC, “The Wall” at 8 had a 1.1/4 and 5.4 million viewers. At 9, “Better Late Than Never” got a 0.9/3 and 4.8 million viewers. “The Brave” season finale at 10 received a 0.7/3 and 3.9 million viewers.

For Fox, “Lucifer” at 8 had a 0.8/3 and 3.6 million viewers. At 9, “The Resident” got a 0.9/3 and 4.7 million viewers.

Univision and Telemundo tied for fifth in ratings, both with a 0.5/2, Univision was sixth in total viewers with 1.4 million, Telemundo was seventh with 1.2 million.

The CW was seventh in ratings with a 0.4/2 and in viewers with 1.6 million. “Supergirl” at 8 received a 0.6/2 and 2.1 million viewers. The “Valor” season finale at 9 settled for a 0.2/1 and 1.1 million viewers.
