Barbara Walters celebrated the 21st anniversary of her “10 Most Fascinating People” specials by simply doing it all over again. After revealing seven of the 10 people chosen for the two-hour ABC special during an appearance on “The View” Friday, Walters revealed the remaining three and declared her “most fascinating person” of 2014 Sunday night.

She’d already revealed that she would be discussing the likes of Oprah Winfrey, Taylor Swift, Neil Patrick Harris, Chelsea Handler, David Koch, Scarlett Johansson and Michael Strahan.

She saved “A Song of Ice and Fire” series author George R. R. Martin and Paypal and Tesla Motors cofounder Elon Musk for the Sunday broadcast, as well as the identity of the person who fascinated her the most in the past year.

At the top of her list was someone who wasn’t particularly well-known until she married one of Hollywood’s most eligible bachelors. Mrs. George Clooney herself, Amal Alamuddin, was declared Walters’ most fascinating person of 2014.

Mrs. Clooney did not appear for an interview with Walters, but there were plenty of interview moments with the other people she chose for the special. At the end of the night, the 85-year-old Walters suggested this will probably be one of the last specials she does … probably.

But more than likely, probably not.
