Dealmaker in Action: How We Got to 50/50 by 2020 presented by ICM Partners

ICM’s head of talent Lorrie Bartlett made history in 2019 when she became the first Black woman to join the board of a major Hollywood agency. A year later, ICM became the first and only top six agency to reach their 50/50 by 2020 gender equality goal. During this conversation, Lorrie will discuss the steps it took to create a more inclusive work environment and how she is continuing to promote these ideals from the mailroom to the boardroom.
