Ratings: CBS Scores Another Sunday Win With Grammys Bee Gees Tribute

ABC’s latest Disneynature special hibernates

CBS stayed alive and on top of Sunday’s TV ratings with a Grammys tribute to the Bee Gees.

NBC finished second across primetime, ABC earned bronze.

CBS was first in ratings with a 1.0 rating/4 share in the advertiser-coveted 18-49 demographic and in total viewers with an average of 8.3 million, according to preliminary numbers. At 7 p.m., “60 Minutes” landed a 0.9/4 and 8 million viewers. Over the next two hours, “Stayin’ Alive: A Grammy Salute to the Music of the Bee Gees” averaged a 1.2/5 and 10.3 million viewers. “Elementary” at 10 had a 0.6/2 and 4.5 million viewers.

NBC was second in ratings with a 0.8/3 and in viewers with 4.5 million. Following reruns, “Chicago Justice” at 9 got a 0.9/3 and 4.9 million viewers. “Shades of Blue” at 10 received a 0.7/3 and 4 million viewers.

ABC was third in ratings with a 0.6/2 and in viewers with 2.5 million. “Inside Disneynature: Wild Lives” at 8 managed a 0.6/3 and 3.2 million viewers. At 9, “Once Upon a Time” put up a 0.7/3 and 2.5 million viewers. “Match Game” at 9 averaged a 0.6/2 and 2.4 million viewers. At 10, “American Crime” settled for a 0.4/2 and 1.8 million viewers.

Univision and Fox tied for fourth in ratings, both with a 0.5/2. Univision was fourth in total viewers with 1.3 million; Fox was fifth with 1.1 million, airing all repeats.

Telemundo was sixth in ratings with a 0.3/1 and in viewers with 870,000.

The CW does not nationally program Sunday evenings.
