Stiller's "SNL" spot comes a month before his next movie, the crime comedy "Tower Heist," which co-stars Matthew Broderick, Alan Alda and Stiller's fellow "SNL" alum, Eddie Murphy.

Faris, who previously hosted a 2008 episode with musical guest Duffy, will make her second "SNL" appearance on Oct. 15. Drake will be making his "SNL" debut. Faris' hosting gig coincides with the release of her Sept. 30 comedy "What's Your Number?"
