Benicio Del Toro Drama Sells Before Cannes Debut

"Jimmy P." centers on a Blackfoot Indian with pyschological issues

Worldview Entertainment has acquired the U.S. rights to Benicio Del Toro's upcoming drama  "Jimmy P." The film will have its world premiere in competition at the 2013 Cannes Film Festival.

CAA negotiated the deal on behalf of Worldview.

Worldview's current slate includes Alejandro Gonzalez Innaritu’s comedy, “Birdman,” with  Michael Keaton, Emma Stone and Zach Galifianakis and Daniel Espinosa’s crime thriller, "Child 44," with Tom Hardy, Noomi Rapace and Gary Oldman.
