Benji, the adorable pooch who starred in a series of unlikely hit movies in the 1970s and ’80s, returns next month in a new feature film from Netflix.
Writer-director Brandon Camp’s reboot debuted a teaser before Sunday’s Super Bowl — complete with an adorable new liquid-eyed canine star (and not a human in sight).
Blumhouse’s Jason Blum produces along with Camp.
The human cast includes Gabriel Bateman, Darby Camp and Jerod Haynes.
Netflix is set to roll out the new film starting March 16.
