You have to give “Big Bang Theory” star Johnny Galecki a hand — he knows when to give a fan a hand.
Especially when that fan has, in a sense, given Galecki his own hand.
With the CBS sitcom winding its way to a finish in its 12th and final season, Galecki — who plays Leonard on the nerd-centric hit — demonstrated Tuesday just how dedicated followers of the show can be, sharing a photo of a hand bearing a tattoo featuring the likeness of Galecki’s Leonard character.
“Well done, @pauschorn,” Galecki wrote of the image.
The actor added the hashtags, “#flatterywillgetyoueverywhere,” “#superfan,” “#honored,” “#notme” and “#hishandsaremuchnicerthanmine.”
The comments in response to Galecki’s Instagram post were equally enthusiastic.
“I love it!!! A so summarized but so recognizable Johnny,” one fan enthused.
“That is the best,” another commenter weighed in.
Though mixed among the praise there was also the critique, “The hair isnt quite right.”
Either way, it’s clear — Galecki has clearly gotten under fans’ skin with his “Big Bang Theory” work.
