Bill O’Reilly Declares ‘We Won’ the ‘War on Christmas’ (Video)

The Fox News host claims to have been fighting the battle for a decade

Bill O’Reilly and his Fox News colleagues have “won” the “War on Christmas,” according to O’Reilly.

The “O’Reilly Factor” host, who said he’s been leading the charge for a decade, made the declaration on “Late Night with Seth Meyers” on Wednesday

“This is true. This is the only year we have not had a store that commanded its employees not to say Merry Christmas,” O’Reilly bragged. “It’s over. We won.”

“Congratulations,” Meyers told the conservative TV host, who he described as the “Paul Revere” for the fictional war that has been a media talking point during the holiday season for a number of years.

General O’Reilly promised Americans that while they are now free to say the holiday greeting specific to the Christian holiday celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ, “they don’t have to.”

“I’m not like Stalin,” O’Reilly added.

The troops can finally come home. Happy holidays, everyone.
