Blake Lively has swapped out her signature long blond locks for a black pixie haircut in a new teaser photo for her upcoming spy thriller “The Rhythm Section.”

On Sunday, the actress took to Instagram to reveal the new do, with the simple caption: “#TheRhythmSectionMovie.”

Reed Morano is directing “Rhythm Section,” the first film in what’s intended to become a franchise with “James Bond” producers Michael G. Wilson and Barbara Broccoli producing. Jude Law is attached to the film as well. Paramount will distribute the film in most world territories.

The series is based on a series of spy novels by Mark Burnell. “The Rhythm Section” will be adapted from Burnell’s books about Stephanie Patrick — a woman scorned by the loss of her family in a mysterious plane crash.

It is aiming for a wide release on February 22, 2019. Lively most recently starred in “All I See Is You,” opposite Jason Clarke.
