Bradley Cooper Joins CBS’ ‘Limitless’ Series in Recurring Role

Adaptation of 2011 film stars Jake McDorman, with a pilot directed by Marc Webb

Bradley Cooper will reprise his “Limitless” character for a recurring role on CBS’ adaptation of his own 2011 film, the network announced Wednesday.

The series can now firmly be considered a sequel to the feature, starring Jake McDorman as Brian Finch, who discovers the brain-enhancing powers of the mysterious drug NZT and is coerced by the FBI into solving complex cases for them.

Unbeknowest to them, he has also been taken under the wing of Cooper’s Edward Mora, who’s still a regular user of the drug and is now a senator and presidential hopeful.

Craig Sweeny, Marc Webb, Alex Kurtzman, Roberto Orci, Heather Kadin, BCooper, Todd Phillips, Ryan Kavanaugh, Tucker Tooley and Tom Forman are executive producers for CBS Television Studios in association with K/O Paper Products and Relativity Television. The pilot was directed by Webb.

“Limitless” will air on Tuesdays at 10 p.m. ET on CBS.
