Don’t fret, Captain Holt — your best and worst detectives are on the case to solve your kidnapping.
In a season finale clip exclusive to TheWrap, one of his better underlings, Jake Peralta (Andy Samberg), is basically just trying to retrace his boss’s steps through a slew of bad Andre Braugher and guest star Dennis Haysbert impressions. Assisted by arguably the worst of the bunch, with an obvious nod of (dis)respect to Scully (Joel McKinnon Miller), Hitchcock (Dirk Blocker) utilizes his taste for chocolate to work the clues Holt left behind. It’s pretty gross.
Watch the clip above.
Here’s the official “Greg and Larry” episode description: Tonight, after a surprising turn of events in the Nine-Nine’s attempt to track down Adrian Pimento’s (guest star Jason Mantzoukas) hitman, the precinct drops everything when they suspect Holt is in danger.
In addition to those mentioned above, “Brooklyn Nine-Nine” also stars Terry Crews as Sgt. Terry Jeffords; Melissa Fumero as Det. Amy Santiago; Joe Lo Truglio as Det. Charles Boyle; Stephanie Beatriz as Det. Rosa Diaz; and Chelsea Peretti as Gina Linetti.
“Brooklyn Nine-Nine” airs Tuesdays at 9/8c on Fox.
