CBS Goes Back to the Online Well for ‘Dear Girls Above Me’

Network partnering with Ashton Kutcher’s Katalyst to adapt yet another Twitter feed into a series

CBS has stumbled onto a comedy formula it likes.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the network just bought a series concept from Ashton Kutcher's Katalyst Productions and the Schiff Co. based on the blog and Twitter feed "Dear Girls Above Me."

The move follows CBS' launch this fall of the Twitter-inspired "$#*! My Dad Says." And two weeks ago, CBS acquired a separate Twitter-based property, "Shh … Don't Tell Steve" from Katalyst.
