CBS Sets Premiere Dates for ‘Training Day,’ Katherine Heigl’s ‘Doubt’

Midseason schedule also includes return dates for “Amazing Race,” “Survivor”

CBS has set its midseason schedule, including premiere dates for new shows including “Training Day” and “Doubt.”

“Training Day,” based on the 2001 Denzel Washington film of the same name, will premiere Thursday, Feb. 2 at 10 p.m. while “Doubt,” the legal drama starring Katherine Heigl, premieres Wednesday, Feb. 15 at 10 p.m.

New drama series “Ransom” marks a push into original programming on Saturday nights for the network. It will premiere Sunday, Jan. 1 before moving to its regular 8 p.m. Saturday slot the following week on Jan. 7.

The network has also set return dates for its reality series “Undercover Boss,” which returns Wednesday, Dec. 21 at 8 p.m. “Survivor,” premiering at 8 p.m. on Wednesday, March 8, and “The Amazing Race,” which returns at 8 p.m. on Friday, April 21.
