Miss watching Channing Tatum dance his socks off? He’s back with his dancing shoes — and socks — for P!nk’s new music video, “Beautiful Trauma.”
In the vid, P!nk and Tatum play many roles, starting with an old-school housewife who takes care of her husband (Tatum). She soon catches Tatum trying on her dresses and her makeup, and nothing is ever the same again.
Tatum and P!nk do all kinds of dancing. She even engages in some BDSM with her husband and another woman before they go to bed wearing Mr. and Mrs. sleeping masks — but with the roles reversed.
The music video for “Beautiful Trauma” shatters all sorts of stereotypes and depicts acceptance of an array of gender roles.
On Sunday’s AMAs, the singer defied gravity while performing “Beautiful Trauma.” Repelling from the top of a skyscraper, the pop star and a handful of dancers performed while hanging off the side of the building. Their aerials and her vocals were pretty incredible given the situation — absolutely no one would have faulted Pink for lip-syncing this one.
