With Charlie Sheen’s Help, Bipolar Is Bi-Winning

The actor takes a stroll on Friday for charity before his concert in Toronto

It's 6:50 p.m. on Friday night, and at this very moment, Charlie Sheen is marching across Toronto to raise awareness for bipolar disorder. Or at least we hope he is because he committed to doing so via tweet

Just after noon on Friday, regarding the 1.2-mile charity walk he'd be making from the Ritz-Carlton to his concert at Massey Hall, Sheen tweeted, "Stop the Stigma!! Bipolar Awareness Walk!! Please join me at 6pm at the Ritz tonight! Raise Money! Raise Awareness! #BIPOLAR #BIWINNING"

Sheen had been asking for support for the Organization for Bipolar Affective Disorder through CanadaHelps.org — and wrote that he would be matching all donations.

The charity stroll doesn't mean he is admitting to having the disorder, mind you. But it's nice to see that he's capitalizing on his infamous "bi-winning" quote in a positive way.
