Oh, that Chris Pratt sure is a card… and he sure knows how to do a card trick.
During a recent appearance on “The Graham Norton Show,” the British host mentioned that he heard Pratt was a magician. When Pratt confirmed it with a wink and a nod, the audience giggled, as did his “Passengers” leading lady Jennifer Lawrence and Will.I.Am, who were also guests on the show.
Pratt milked the moment for laughs when Norton handed him a deck of cards and asked him to do his magic. Will.I.Am was asked for his assistance while Lawrence sat between them with a “Uh huh, right” look on her face.

Will.I.Am chose a card, showed the audience and then put it back in the deck for Pratt to find. There was lots of shuffling — we’re talking lots — and endless wrong guesses, making it appear as if Pratt was making it up as he went along.
And then, a Christmas miracle.
It is a must-see that left Lawrence with her mouth hanging open. Check out the video above to see for yourself.
In “Passengers,” Lawrence plays a writer from New York who has joined a 120-year, maiden space voyage to Homestead Colony II. Pratt’s character, a mechanic, is also on the vessel, filled with more than 5,000 passengers.
“Passengers” hits theaters Dec. 21.
