CNN announced a few schedule changes today, including the timeslot for its revamped version of "Crossfire."
Gone is "Anderson Cooper 360's" 10 p.m. rerun of its 8 p.m. show — Cooper will now host "AC360 Later" at 10 p.m. CNN did not say what would go in the 8 p.m. slot instead.
"Situation Room" will go down to 90 minutes, losing a half hour to the new "Crossfire" when it debuts on Sept. 16 at 6:30 p.m. The revamped show will be hosted by S.E. Cupp, Stephanie Cutter, Newt Gingrich and Van Jones.

"Situation Room" already lost an hour of its timeslot back in February, when it was cut from three to two hours to make room for "The Lead with Jake Tapper," and there were rumors earlier this summer that new CNN president Jeff Zucker was slowly but surely trying to phase Blitzer out — which CNN strongly denied. As a sort of consolation prize, Blitzer will become the 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. anchor of "Newsroom." So, technically, he's actually gaining 30 minutes.
