Comic-Con 2013: Channing Tatum Will Be Superman in ‘The Lego Movie’

Jonah Hill will be Green Lantern while Colbie Smulders voices Wonder Woman

Channing Tatum will voice Superman in "The Lego Movie," the film's director and producers announced on Saturday during Warner Bros.' panel at Comic-Con.

They also revealed that Jonah Hill will be the Green Lantern, and Cobie Smulders will voice Wonder Woman.

Directors Phil Lord, Chris Miller and co-director Chris McKay presented the movie in Hall H on Saturday alongside producer Dan Lin.

Tatum, Hill and Smulders join a star-studded voice cast that includes Chris Pratt, Morgan Freeman, Elizabeth Banks, Will Ferrell, Will Arnett, Liam Neeson and Nick Offerman.

Pratt plays Emmet, an ordinary guy mistaken as the person who can save the universe. Emmet joins forces with Vitruvius (Freeman), Lucy (Banks) and Arnett (Batman) to fight a tryant (Ferrell) and foil his evil plans.

The film is scheduled to open in theaters February 7.
