‘Counting On’: Joy-Anna Duggar’s Fiance Admits Their Roof Could ‘Collapse’ (Exclusive Video)

Austin Forsyth has his work cut out for him before wedding on TLC unscripted series

Joy-Anna Duggar and fiancé Austin Forsyth may not have a roof above their heads by the time their wedding rolls around, as seen in Monday’s “Counting On.”

An exclusive sneak peek at the TLC unscripted series shows Forsyth attempting to complete the major construction job on the fixer-upper that the soon-to-be-wed couple hopes to move into in less than 30 days.

“It hasn’t really hit me yet that we’re getting married in less than a month,” Forsyth tells the camera. “It’s just really exciting. I think it drives me to want to work harder, too, thinking that this is our house, and we’re going to be living here and starting our family here.”

He enlists a few pals to help, including Joy’s brother, Jedidiah Duggar, who has doubts that the groom-to-be will finish the home in time.

“It will be a miracle if Austin can get all of this done before the wedding,” Jedidiah says.

Forsyth acknowledges that the renovations are not to be rushed: “If the laminated beam doesn’t get installed properly, the roof could collapse, especially if we get some snow on it.”

“Counting On” airs Mondays at 9/8c on TLC.
