(Spoiler alert: Please do not read on if you haven’t watched Tuesday’s “Dancing With the Stars.”)

There was plenty of drama to be had Tuesday night on ABC, and we’re not talking about the vice presidential debate.

Before Mike Pence and Tim Kaine took the stage, “Dancing With the Stars” ditched two more pairs of contestants in a double elimination.

While Monday’s Cirque du Soleil boasted some beautiful performances, they weren’t enough to save Kenny “Babyface” Edmonds and Vanilla Ice, who were both sent packing.

“I look at it this way: I got to come out and dance for my mom, and my mom is proud today,” Babyface said after he was booted. “I don’t know what that was that I did last night, but I had an amazing time.”

Meanwhile, Vanilla Ice called it a “magical experience” that had “made him so happy,” as he made his sad farewell before being rushed off the stage in time for the debate.

Earlier in the evening, pro dancer Emma Slater got a surprise when Sasha Farber dropped down on one knee to propose, sending the audience into a frenzy. Farber is currently dancing with reality star Terra Jole, while Slater was paired with former Texas Gov. Rick Perry, who has since been ejected.

“Thank goodness she said yes,” host Tom Bergeron joked, “as we didn’t have a graphic for the alternative.”

“Dancing With the Stars” airs on ABC on Mondays and Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET.
