Danny Glover to Co-Star With Kiefer Sutherland in Fox’s ‘Touch’

Apparently, the “Lethal Weapon” star isn’t getting too old for acting; will play a kindly professor

"Lethal Weapon" star Danny Glover has joined the cast of Fox's drama pilot "Touch," starring opposite Kiefer Sutherland, the network has confirmed to TheWrap.

In the project, former "24" star Sutherland stars as Martin, a single father who discovers that his autistic son is communicating with him through a complex series of numbers, and may even be able to predict the future.

Glover will star as a professor who works with the son.

The pilot, written by "Heroes" alum Tim Kring, is produced by Chernin Entertainment and Tailwind Productions.

Glover's most recent regular television stint was a 2007-2008 run as Isaac Marshall on ABC's "Brothers & Sisters."
