Supercut of TV Anchors Saying ‘Deez Nuts’ Will Make You Laugh, Then Weep for America (Video)

15-year-old Iowan dangles presidential run in country’s face

After Deez Nuts thrust his way into the polls in North Carolina, TV news anchors around the country were forced to stop and take notice.

And thanks to the brainy staff of Deadspin, we now have a supercut of legitimate reporters actually using the phrase Deez Nuts on the air. Welcome to the 2016 Presidential Election.

Unfortunately, candidate Nuts is not actually eligible to run for President. It turns out he is a 15-year-old high school student named Brady Olson from Iowa who registered the campaign as a joke. Some were surprised that he was from Iowa, as it stands to reason that Deez Nuts would prefer a more humid climate down south.

However, Deez Nuts has managed to pick up some endorsements. Jimmy McMillan of the Rent Is Too Damn High Party told the New York Daily News that he is endorsing Deez Nuts for President. “Deez Nuts has the power to inspire young people and turn this country around,” McMillan said. “Deez Nuts can get the young people excited!”

One can only assume that Deez Nuts also has the support of the immature 12-year-old boy in all of us.
