Ratings: ABC’s ‘Disneyland 60’ Celebration Scores Sunday Win

Happy birthday, Disneyland. We all chipped in and got you a ratings win.

ABC topped the key 18-49 demographic on Sunday with a 1.5 across primetime. CBS beat down the Mouse in total viewers however, with an average of 9 million.

NBC’s two-hour tribute to James Burrows was the network’s most-watched entertainment program in the Sunday 9-11 p.m. time period — excluding the Golden Globes — since April 2015.

ABC was first in ratings with a 1.5 rating/5 share in the advertiser-coveted 18-49 demographic and second in total viewers with an average of 6 million, according to preliminary numbers.

At 7 p.m. ET, “America’s Funniest Home Videos” had a 1.3/5 and 6.3 million viewers. At 8, “The Wonderful World of Disney: Disneyland 60” earned a 1.8/6 and 6.8 million viewers. “Shark Tank” at 10 got a 1.2/4 and 4 million viewers.

NBC was second in ratings with a 1.2/4 and third in viewers with 5.7 million. “Dateline NBC” at 7 received a 1.2/4 and 6 million viewers. At 9, “Must-See TV: An All-Star Tribute to James Burrows” posted a 1.3/4 and 5.5 million viewers.

CBS was third in ratings with a 1.1/3, but first in viewers with 9 million. At 7, “60 Minutes” had a 1.1/4 and 10.7 million viewers. “Madam Secretary” got a 1.2/4 and 10.6 million viewers. “The Good Wife” received a 1.0/3 and 7.9 million viewers. “CSI: Cyber” posted a 0.9/3 and 6.6 million viewers.

Fox was fourth in ratings with a 1.0/3 and in viewers with 2.3 million. Following a rerun, “Bob’s Burgers” at 7:30 had a 1.1/4 and 2.3 million viewers. “The Simpsons” at 8 got a 1.4/4 and 3.1 million viewers. “Cooper Barrett’s Guide to Surviving Life” at 8:30 received a 0.8/2 and 1.9 million viewers. At 9, “Family Guy” posted a 1.3/4 and 2.7 million viewers. At 9:30, “Bordertown” finished Fox’s primetime with a 0.7/2 and 1.7 million viewers.

Univision was fifth in ratings with a 0.6/2 and in viewers with 1.7 million.

Telemundo was sixth in ratings with a 0.3/1 and in total viewers with 822,000.
