Donald Trump is finally getting his day in court, but it’s not the $500 million in litigation he has pending with Univision over its refusal to air his Miss USA pageant. Instead, the Donald has jury duty.

The Trump Organization confirmed Friday that Trump has been summoned to appear in Manhattan on Monday.

Earlier this year, a Manhattan judge fined the business mogul $250 for failing to show up to five jury summonses in the last nine years.

According to aides, Trump didn’t get the notices because they were sent to a building which he owns but doesn’t occupy.

Manhattan County Clerk Milton Tingling agreed to give Trump one more chance. If he reports on Aug. 17, his fine will be lifted.

Trump is currently on the campaign trail and is scheduled to appear at the Iowa State Fair on Saturday, where he’ll offer children a ride on his personal helicopter.

The Iowa State Fair said it won’t allow Trump to give rides on his chopper on the fairgrounds, but the real estate mogul has secured another location nearby.
