‘Dr. Ken’ Sneak Peek: Game of Operation Goes Awry (Exclusive Video)

Ken Jeong, Albert Tsai sitcom airs Fridays on ABC

Ken Jeong plays a doctor playing doctor in the latest episode of ABC’s “Dr. Ken.”

In this exclusive clip (above) from Friday’s episode, Dr. Ken (Jeong) plays a game of Operation with his son Dave (Albert Tsai).

Despite his day job, he can’t quite master the tiny instruments as well as his son does.

But things take an even more awkward turn when Dave decides now’s the right time to ask about the birds and the bees.

“Dr. Ken” follows the “Hangover” actor as a doctor and family man with an irreverent bedside manner. He wants the best for his patients — he’d just prefer that they take their whining and complaining elsewhere.

At the HMO clinic where he works, he is a little too honest, but he can’t seem to help himself. At home, Ken is a husband and easily irritated father of two, facing the daily trials of family life neither comfortably nor gracefully.

The supporting cast includes Suzy Nakamura as Allison, Tisha Campbell Martin as Damona, Jonathan Slavin as Clark, Kate Simses as Julie, Krista Marie Yu as Molly, and Dave Foley as Pat.

“Dr. Ken” airs on Fridays at 8:30 p.m. ET on ABC.
