Ellen Page is in early talks to join the cast of Sony’s remake of the 1990 sci-fi thriller “Flatliners,” an individual with knowledge of project told TheWrap Monday.
Julia Roberts starred in the original, as well as Kiefer Sutherland and Kevin Bacon, about a group of medical students who journey into the afterworld to find the meaning in their own lives.
Niels Arden Oplev is on board to direct with a screenplay by Ben Ripley. David Blackman and Laurence Mark are set to produce.
