Endeavor announced on Monday that it has promoted Dan Limerick to head of business affairs for the company’s representation business, including WME, IMG Models, The Wall Group, Art & Commerce and Dixon Talent.

Limerick will oversee the deal-making process for Endeavor’s clients and business strategy for client deals; that includes the negotiation of talent agreements, licensing arrangements, exploitation of IP and television packages. Additionally, Limerick will be involved with managing guild relationships for the talent management and media company.

He will work alongside Courtney Braun, who was named head of legal affairs earlier this year, but all current business affairs executives across Endeavor will report to him.

Limerick joined WME in 2016 as head of TV Business Affairs. He has been an integral part of a number of landmark deals over the course of his career, particularly in television. During his time at WME, Limerick has negotiated deals for a wide range of clients, played a critical role in several key signings and brokered many licensing arrangements.

Prior to joining WME, Limerick was executive vice president and head of business affairs for Warner Bros. TV, where he began in 2002.  He started his entertainment career in Carsey-Werner’s Legal Department and is a graduate of UCLA School of Law and Wesleyan University.
