Erin Andrews’ Peeper Should Pay $327K — to ESPN

The sports anchor and “Dancing With the Stars” contender was awarded just over $7,000 in restitution

U.S. prosecutors recommend that Erin Andrews peeper Michael David Barrett pay $327,000 in restitution to ESPN — more than four times what Department of Justice officials recommended he pay to the sideline reporter and current "Dancing With the Stars" contender.

According to documents filed Tuesday in Los Angeles federal courth, the DOJ is requesting that Barrett fork over the restitutifon payments to the Disney-owned sports giant for its losses while dealing with the Andrews case, including cooperation with investigators, protection for Andrews, travel costs, attorney fees and others.
 
Barrett was sentenced March 15 for secretly videotaping Andrews while she undressed in a hotel room. At the sentencing hearing, he was ordered to pay Andrews $7,366 in restitution.
