‘F is for Family’: Bill Burr Readies for Summer – and Season 3 – With a Lot of Curse Words (Video)

Third season of animated comedy drops Nov. 30 on Netflix

Even though we’re a little over a week away from Thanksgiving, Bill Burr’s Frank Murphy is ready for summer in the third season trailer for his animated Netflix comedy “F is for Family.”

Oh, and there’s a whole bunch of F-bombs. A lot of them.

Netflix released the third season trailer for its Burr-voiced “F is for Family” on Wednesday, which debuts on Friday, Nov. 30. In the video, which you can watch above, Frank gets new neighbors, Sue (Laura Dern) has a new (terrible) invention, while Kevin (Justin Long) makes sure his dad knows he’s not a “D minus son” (It’s a D-plus!).

“F is for Family,” co-created by Burr and Michael Price (“The Simpsons”), follows a family that lives in Middle America during the 1970s. Netflix describes the time period as one where “political correctness, helicopter parenting and indoor smoking bans weren’t part of anyone’s vocabulary.”

It’s the story of an Irish-American family that doesn’t always show them in the most flattering light. It’s vulgar and full of obscenities, but at the core, it’s about people.

It features a star-studded voice cast including Burr, Dern, Long, Sam Rockwell and more.
