Now that ABC, NBC, CBS, Fox and The CW have made their final choices on renewals, cancellations and series orders for the fall 2019-20 TV season, the big five broadcast networks have started to drop trailers for all the brand-new shows coming later this year.

The only child not driving their parents crazy is eight-year-old LEILA (Oakley Bull, “Beautiful Boy”), who is decidedly not a genius. In fact, she might be kind of dumb. She’s the only kid Mike and Cay even remotely understand. OUTMATCHED takes an honest and heightened look at every parent’s worst fear – that they’re “ruining” their kids. When you have children with the type of gifts that can change the world, the pressure is really on. Raise them right, and these kids could cure cancer, stop global warming or invent time travel. Among them is newly appointed Judge Lola Carmichael (Simone Missick), a highly regarded and impressive deputy district attorney who doesn’t intend to sit back on the bench in her new role, but instead leans in, immediately pushing the boundaries and challenging the expectations of what a judge can be.

Starring “Luke Cage” star Mike Colter and “Manhattan” star Katja Herbers, “Evil” has a logline that looks like “X-Files” meets “The Exorcist.” The series follows a priest-in-training, a skeptical psychologist, and a carpenter who investigate the Church’s backlog of unexplained mysteries, including supposed miracles, demonic possessions and hauntings. Their job is to determine whether there is a logical explanation for each case or if there’s a supernatural force at work. Along the way, they begin to examine the nature of evil itself.
“BOB HEARTS ABISHOLA”
From award-winning creator, executive producer and writer Chuck Lorre, “Bob Hearts Abishola” is a love story about a middle-aged compression sock businessman from Detroit who unexpectedly falls for his cardiac nurse, a Nigerian immigrant, while recovering from a heart attack and sets his sights on winning her over. Undaunted by Abishola’s (Folake Olowofoyeku) lack of initial interest or the vast differences in their backgrounds, Bob (Billy Gardell) is determined to win Abishola’s heart, in this comedic examination of immigrant life in America.
