Fox will debut a new promo tonight offering a first look at Ellen DeGeneres’ debut at the "American Idol" judging table.
A few seconds of this footage aired during last night’s "Idol" special. But this will be the first time the network is using it in a promo.
Anyone thinking Ellen was going to be a Paula-style pushover may be a bit surprised, at least based upon the footage shown last night. She’s in good spirits in the promo, however….
