Still (somehow) need more “Flip or Flop”? HGTV’s got you covered.

The popular basic-cable channel has greenlit “Flip or Flop Paradise,” the ever-growing franchise’s newest installment. This one will premiere with 8 episodes starting in April 2018.

“Flip or Flop Paradise” follows real estate investors and flippers David and Chenoa Rivera as they renovate rundown homes in the charming small town of Paradise, California, which is located almost 2 hours north of Sacramento.

“Paradise has tons of older homes that need a lot a love,” said Chenoa. “It’s a popular vacation spot that’s filled with outdated cabins, vacation rentals and bungalows that can be transformed into the perfect place to raise a family.”

“Flip or Flop” has already spun-off shows in Vegas and Atlanta. “Flip or Flop Fort Worth” is slated to premiere on November 2, 2017, while versions in Nashville and Chicago are both planned for 2018 starts.
