Former MGM Exec Michael Nathanson and Bill Lischak to Serve as Co-Presidents at OddLot Entertainment

OddLot Entertainment has promoted Bill Lischak and Michael Nathanson to co-presidents of the company

 

OddLot Entertainment has promoted Bill Lischak and Michael Nathanson to co-presidents of the company, OddLot announced on Wednesday.

The duo will report to OddLot’s founding principal and CEO Gigi Pritzker. They will oversee the filmed entertainment company’s day-to-day operations and the ongoing implementation of its business plan. 

Prior to joining OddLot as co-president, Nathanson, left, served as a consultant to the company and has been involved in mapping out the company’s updated business plan.

OddLot’s Linda McDonough, EVP of production and development, will continue to lead the production team which includes working on “Ender’s Game.” Along with Aaron Michiel, EVP of business and legal affairs, and Natalya Petrosova, senior vice president of finance, McDonough will report to both Nathanson and Lischak.

Lischak joined OddLot Entertainment as chief operating officer in January 2007, spearheading financing structures for various productions, establishing distribution arrangements with Lionsgate, Summit Entertainment, FilmDistrict and others. He has created various joint ventures including together with Robert Rodriguez, Quickdraw Productions, and, with Nick Meyer  the international sales company, Sierra/Affinity.

Nathanson has been a senior executive in the motion picture and entertainment industry for three decades. Prior to his new role with OddLot, Nathanson was CEO of film and television production entity O.N.C. Entertainment Inc. 

Nathanson served as president and chief operating officer of MGM Pictures for seven years, where he oversaw and managed all facets of the company including business affairs, production, development, film acquisition, marketing, distribution and strategic planning.
