Fox Sports 1 Scores Best Ratings Week Since August Launch

The “Civil War” football game between Oregon and Oregon State and “The Ultimate Fighter” Finale gave the new net a happy Thanksgiving

Boosted by its two most-watched events ever, November became Fox Sports 1’s highest-rated calendar month since its August launch.

Bolstering the month’s performance was the record-setting viewership for Friday’s (Nov. 29) “Civil War” football game between Oregon and Oregon State, plus UFC’s “The Ultimate Fighter” finale and prelims (Nov. 30), which combined to make Thanksgiving week (Nov. 25 – Dec. 1) Fox Sports 1’s most-watched full week ever.

The week averaged 192,000 viewers total day, a 22 percent increase over the second most-watched week set just four weeks ago  (Nov. 4, 157,000).
