Fox’s Struggling ‘Rake’ Moves Finale to Saturday

A “Kitchen Nightmares” repeat will run in the Friday slot vacated by the Greg Kinnear legal drama

Fox is moving the “Rake” finale to Saturday, when it will air back-to-back episodes beginning at 8 p.m. to close out a rocky first season.

The Greg Kinnear legal drama has been struggling in the ratings all year. Last month, it was shuffled from its original Thursday timeslot to Fridays, followed by “Enlisted” at 9 p.m. and “Raising Hope” at 9:30 p.m. “Raising Hope’s” series finale airs this Friday.

In Live + 7 ratings, “Rake” is averaging a 1.1 rating/3 share in the advertiser-sought 18-49 demographic and 4.6 million total viewers.

In what had been the regular “Rake” timeslot, Fox will air a “Kitchen Nightmares” rerun on Friday at 8.

The following two Fridays, April 11 and 18, will each have two new hours of “Kitchen Nightmares.”
