The “Friends” have upgraded their big orange couch at Central Perk for a fancy dinner table at the taping for NBC’s upcoming special “Must See TV: A Tribute to James Burrows.”

Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc and David Schwimmer reunited at the event to honor the acclaimed director. Matthew Perry was missing from the event but is said to appear for the two-hour special via a pre-taped segment.

The “Friends” cast was joined by stars of CBS’ “The Big Bang Theory,” including Kaley Cuoco, Johnny Galecki, Simon Helberg and Jim Parsons.

Cuoco captioned her Instagram of the group with, “Ummmm NIGHT MADE. Can’t breathe #friends meets #bbt @bigbangtheory_cbs I died and went to heaven.”

Galecki kept his cool a little more and simply captioned his Instagram photo with, “And then this happened.#TBBT #friends.”

“Friends” ran from 1994 to 2004 on NBC and is considered one of the most popular and successful sitcoms of all time.

On Jan. 13, NBC announced that the cast of “Friends” will reunite for a Feb. 21 tribute special to television-industry legend Burrows.

Burrows, who co-created the comedy “Cheers,” recently directed his 1,000th television episode, on the upcoming NBC comedy “Crowded.”

The “Friends” cast will be among the casts for six shows — the rest unnamed — to be involved in the tribute special.
