(Warning: This post contains spoilers through the fourth episode of “Game of Thrones” Season 8, titled “The Last of the Starks.”)

If you’re still in denial about the shocking execution of Missandei of Naath on Sunday’s “Game of Thrones,” allow us to show you an alternate reality where everyone’s favorite translator from the east is alive and well and partying it up with her true love, Grey Worm.

On Tuesday, Jacob Anderson a.k.a. rapper Raleigh Ritchie (who plays Grey Worm on the hit HBO series) tweeted, “I know it hurts. But Somewhere in the multiverse @missnemmanuel,” along with a video of himself and Nathalie Emmanuel (who plays Missandei) on the “GoT” set having a grand old time.

The 27-second clip shows Anderson and Emmanuel in their respective Grey Worm and Missandei costumes, with him singing Ghost Town DJ’s “My Boo” into a megaphone and dancing, just as the woman he promised to take back to Naath when all this drama ended rolls into the frame to join the fun.

Yes, we will imagine this is exactly what these two lovers are off doing “somewhere in the multiverse,” and ignore that whole part from Sunday’s episode, “The Last of the Starks,” where Missandei was executed by The Mountain right in front of Grey Worm and Daenerys (Emilia Clarke). This is so much better.

Watch Anderson’s video below and try to be more successful at not bawling than we were.

“Game of Thrones” airs Sundays at 9/8c on HBO.
