The first teaser for “Game of Thrones” Season 7 came out Thursday, and fans are already scouring it for clues.
One Reddit user, FacelessGreenseer, looked deep into one section of the teaser and theorizes that there may be more to it than meets the eye. A White Walker eye, to be exact.
FacelessGreenseer says that when looking deep into the icy-blue iris, which appears at the end of the trailer, you can see reflections of certain objects.
On the right, the user claims, you have an image of the Wall with a crack in it. On the left, you have what look like White Walkers standing in a circle.
Are they reading too much into this? Maybe/probably. But it’s still fun to play along.
After all, “Game of Thrones” is a show and book series built on fan theories and over time, fans are going to look too far in order to find answers.
Most of Reddit isn’t buying into it, comparing the current situation to the one before the final season of “Breaking Bad” when everybody was going over every small detail to get answers.
The thing is, FacelessGreenseer is probably correct in predicting the Wall will break, but not because of some vague images in what is most likely a randomly generated pattern.
When people in the show say “winter is coming,” they’re referring to not only literal winter, but also the coming of the White Walkers. We couldn’t have winter without the White Walkers making an appearance, and they’ll most likely play a big part in Season 7.
It’s actually pretty easy to break the Wall too. All you need is the Horn of Winter, or the Horn of Joramun, which is rumored to be able to take down the Wall when blown. It’s mostly referred to as a legend in the books, but like many things that were also called legends — dragons, warging, the First Men — it’ll probably end up being real.
The Horn of Winter hasn’t shown up in the show yet as far as we know, but a mysterious horn was introduced in Season 2, back when Sam and Grenn find a bundle of dragonglass wrapped in an old Night’s Watch cloak.

The two ignore it, focusing more on the glass that they eventually find can be used to kill the White Walkers, but what if the Horn of Winter has been with the Night’s Watch all along?
