Comedian George Lopez was arrested for public intoxication Thursday night at Caesars Windsor in Canada, after he was discovered passed out on the floor of the casino, TMZ reports.

Lopez was arrested in the hotel bar after hotel security contacted police. The comic, who’s set to star in the FX comedy “Saint George,” has been released.
No charges were filed.

Lopez had performed at the casino earlier Thursday. He is also scheduled to perform at the casino Friday night, but a casino spokeswoman has not yet responded to TheWrap’s request for comment as to whether that performance will still take place.
