‘Glee’s’ Darren Criss May Replace Daniel Radcliffe in ‘How to Succeed’

The “Glee” star has followed in Radcliffe’s footsteps before, playing Harry Potter in “A Very Potter Musical”

"Glee" star Darren Criss is in talks to take Daniel Radcliffe’s place in the Broadway reproduction of “How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying” in January, TheWrap has learned.

Criss, who played Harry Potter in “A Very Potter Musical,” may take Radcliffe’s lead again, climbing the corporate ladder in “How to Succeed” a spokesman for Criss told TheWrap.

Criss would be put to the test as James Pierrepont Finch for a broadway debut in January, when Radcliffe finishes his own run as the World Wide Wickets exec for a return to movies.

How To Succeed” grosses more than a $1 million weekly, with booming New York sales no doubt correlated with the recent opening of “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2.”

Criss also has a strong following, which grew from his “Very Harry Potter” YouTube posts to the “Glee” tour, which took place this summer.

Criss, with his "Glee" castmates, are heading to Comic-Con for a Hall H panel Sunday.
