Step aside, NRA chief Wayne LaPierre. Stephen Colbert speaks directly to God, and the man upstairs just gave us his official stance on gun ownership and the Second Amendment. It came by way of CBS, of course.
Turns out, gun-pusher and politician bank-roller LaPierre isn’t that far off on how Jesus’ dad feels about firearms.
“You’re darn-tootin’” the holy father is pro-gun, “The Late Show’s” God said on Thursday.
He then made a penis joke and showed off his guns. Yes, the latter one had a double meaning: God’s got both a Glock and biceps.
