‘GMA’ Gets First Post-Outburst Interview With Rick Sanchez

The recently fired CNN anchor will appear on the ABC morning show tomorrow

Former CNN anchor Rick Sanchez will give "Good Morning America" his first interview since a controversial radio rant that got him fired, reports Yahoo News media reporter Michael Calderone.

Sanchez released a statement on Wednesday apologizing for the remarks where he accused CNN brass of discrimination, implied that Jews control the media and called "Daily Show" host Jon Stewart "a bigot."

The comments were made during a Sept. 30 interview on Pete Dominick's Sirius XM show where he was promoting his book "Conventional Idiocy."

As of this writing, representatives for ABC news have not responded to requests for comment on this story.
