Google is paying tribute to legendary film poster and title sequence designer Saul Bass on what would have been his 93rd birthday with one of its signature Doodles.
The graphic artist helped design the iconic artwork for many Alfred Hitchcock films such as "North by Northwest" and "Vertigo." He also created such seminal images as the paper cut-out symbolizing a heroin addict's arm in the poster for "The Man with the Golden Arm" and the pair of lovers dancing on fire escapes for the promotional materials of "West Side Story."

Bass' last commission was for Martin Scorsese's "Casino." He died in 1996 at the age of 75, but his cool and urbane style can be felt each week in the opening credits of "Mad Men," which apes his paper cut-out approach in its shots of a executive falling through a cityscape flecked with ads.
Google's elaborate Doodle contains sequences from several of Bass' greatest works such as "Spartacus" and "Anatomy of a Murder." Can you name them all?
