ABC’s “Grey’s Anatomy” has locked down its entire cast — minus the departing Sandra Oh — with new deals with four regular castmembers.

Sara Ramirez,  James Pickens Jr., Chandra Wilson and Justin Chambers have all signed new deals to stay with the series for two more years, a network representative told TheWrap.

The deals pave the way for an 11th season of the medical drama, which ABC has yet to formally announce.

The stars join Patrick Dempsey and Ellen Pompeo who inked new pacts in January.

“Grey’s Anatomy,” one of ABC’s longest-running and most-watched series, saw a 13 percent increase with the return of former star Isaiah Washington on Thursday’s episode. It attracted 6.1 million viewers.
