TBS has decided not to move forward on Bill Lawrence and Greg Malins’ workplace comedy, “Ground Floor,” for a third season.

The comedy followed Brody (Skylar Astin), a successful banker who falls for Jenny (Briga Heelan), an intelligent maintenance supervisor, who works in the same building.

It also starred Rory Scovel, Rene Gube, James Earl, John C. McGinley, Emily Heller and Anna Camp in a recurring role.

The show, which aired its second season finale this past Tuesday at 10 p.m., averaged 1.5 million viewers for Season 2. Its first season averaged 1.8 million viewers. In the recent Live + 3 Day rating, “Ground Floor’s” Feb. 3 episode ranked No. 14 on cable with 1.5 million viewers.

From Warner Bros. Television and Doozer, the series was created by Lawrence and Malins, with Lawrence serving as executive producer alongside Jeff Astrof and Jeff Ingold.
