Jimmy Fallon should probably save his “Slay It, Don’t Spray It” game for the final segment of “The Tonight Show.” You’ll see what we mean after watching guest Gwyneth Paltrow and the host get absolutely soaked during all the fun last night.
Here’s how the game goes: Contestants begin singing well-known songs off of cue cards, but when the music stops, so do the lyrical leads, and one has to finish the line all on their own. If the participant doesn’t nail the rest, they get sprayed in the face by a hose run through their microphone. Should the player crush it, their opponent gets doused.
By the end of this thing, one might welcome the electrocution that seems inevitable from the mix of electricity and water.
