HGTV’s ‘Unspouse My House’ Series Premiere: A Much-Needed PSA for Coasters (Exclusive Video)

Fellas, we’re talking to you

HGTV’s “Unspouse My House” host Orlando Soria has a “saucy” question for this divorced mother of two. We’ve got questions for her ex-husband.

Get all the deets — and some dirt — by watching the sneak peek video above, which is exclusive to TheWrap. The series-premiere preview also includes a PSA for using coasters.

Oh, and this lady hates her kitchen, which “reeks 1999.” That’s not the only thing in that kitchen that reeks.

Such is the approach to the popular cable channel’s newest home makeover series. On “Unspouse My House,” Soria, a designer and self-proclaimed breakup expert, will help newly single clients overhaul their homes in an effort to start anew and move on from their previous partner. With a mix of some emotional support and encouragement, laughter, a little love, and a beautiful design, Orlando will help cleanse the client’s abode of the past, HGTV’s official description reads.

The whole thing kicks off tonight with “Design in the Dumps.” On the series-premiere episode, Aliso Viejo, Calif. divorcee needs help clearing out the remnants of her past relationship. Soria shows up to revamp her kitchen and living room, as well as her ex’s old garage.

“Unspouse My House” debuts Thursday at 9:30pm ET/PT on HGTV.
