Jim Parsons, Rihanna and a Lazy Cat Team Up to Redefine ‘Home’ in DreamWorks Movie (Video)

Steve Martin and Jennifer Lopez also lend voices to the animated alien invasion comedy

As unlikely as it is that Rihanna and Jim Parsons would be BFFs in real life, the origin of their friendship in Dreamworks’ upcoming “Home” is even more out of this world.

When Earth is taken over by the Boov — an alien race in search of a new place to call home — all humans are promptly relocated. But one resourceful girl, Tip (Rihanna), manages to avoid capture.

Tip becomes the accidental accomplice of a banished Boov named Oh (Jim Parsons), and the two fugitives realize there’s a lot more at stake than intergalactic relations as they embark on the road trip of a lifetime.
